Refund and Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
14-Day Return Policy:
Return validity period: within 14 days from the date you actually sign for the goods (subject to the logistics receipt record)
If the delivery is delayed due to our reasons, your return application window will be automatically extended by 14 working days after the actual receipt of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at support@brision.com to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: We will respond to your return request within 24 hours. On weekends and holidays, our response time will be delayed to 24-48 hours. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Please check your inbox in time to find our reply email. If you can't find it, please check your spam. Thank you in advance.
Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories you have provided.
Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect your merchandise and email you within 48 hours to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:

Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@brision.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
