BRISION Shipping Policy for United Kingdom.
International Reach: We currently sell products in United Kingdom. Now we do not offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping Charge and Time
Delivery Time: Handling time + Transit time
Handling Time: 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time: Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM (GMT+8) China Standard Time (Asia/Shanghai)
Order preparation:
Once your order information received, we will process the order:
(1) Check the stock.
(2) Confirm whether the item in your order needs to be customized.
(3) Check your shipping address.
(4) Reconfirm whether the item in your order is eligible for our Shipping Policy.
(5) If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address. Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This will may delay shipment.
Special terms for goods not received:
Before the goods are successfully delivered, the return and exchange entrances will remain open.
Your return application permission will be officially opened after the goods are delivered, and we will not close the return channel before you receive the goods.
If you do not receive the goods within the expected time due to delivery delays, the return window will be automatically extended by 14 days after you actually sign for them.
All the products will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a handling time on them.
